Running with Sophie

Sophie and I went for our first run this week.  She is fast, faster than me!  For 4 miles the leash was fully extended and had no slack.  I had a hard time talking with Lisa, my runner partner.  That is always a certain sign that I have picked up my pace.  Not bad for a 56 year old lady!
