Murphy has arrived

Here he is! The first night has been pretty easy. We met the neighbors and played in the front yard for a little bit. Sophie made her self known as the alpha dog pretty quickly. Murphy approached Sophie while she was eating and got a growl and when Murphy approached Sophie's pillow he got a nip to the neck. After that Murphy hunkered down in the corner of the room and slept for the rest of the night. Sophie slept in the other corner with one eye open! Sophie is definitely a little out of sorts but we are giving her lots of love and are confident she'll be a great big sister.
