Another Weekend at the Cabin

It was another great weekend at the cabin. And another weekend of firsts.

We had a toddler with us. Bob and Val Brown and their adorable 2 year old, Mattie, enjoyed us in the mountains. 1 toddler, and 2 dogs made for an adventurous weekend!

We discovered GREAT climbing in our backyard! No joke we walked out the back door, climbed up the rocks and discovered this cozy spot for climbing. I was bummed I could not climb and am looking forward to next summer.

We started teaching Murphy how to jump off the dock. He has proven to be a master swimmer - swimming faster than Sophie. But he still needs a little coaxing to jump off the dock.

And best of all...Murphy has learned to sleep in the car and made it to the cabin an home again with out vomiting. Yah! No more drool in my lap. :)
